Tulsa County Offers Warrant Amnesty; May 5-14

The City of Tulsa is holding a municipal warrant amnesty period for people with misdemeanor warrants from May 5th through the 14th. This means that an individual will be able to avoid paying court costs and fees, but will still have to pay the warrant fee. There will be cashiers available.

During May 5th-14th, individuals with City of Tulsa municipal misdemeanor warrants can attend one of four docket sessions from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the following local parks:

  • May 5th – Lacy Park, 2134 N. Madison Place
  • May 7th – Reed Park, 4233 S. Yukon Ave.
  • May 12th – Hicks Park, 3443 S. Mingo Rd.
  • May 14th – Whiteside Park, 4009 S. Pittsburg Ave.

Those who appear will not be arrested for their outstanding municipal warrants. Additionally, immigration status will not be checked.

The Tulsa Police will conduct an aggressive warrant sweep throughout the city following the end of the amnesty period. For more information or questions about outstanding warrants, you can call 918-596-7761. You can also call 918-596-2100 to find out if you have an outstanding warrant.
