Pierre Robertson, Esq.

The Law Office of Carlos L. Williams and Associates announces that Pierre Robertson joined the firm as an Associate Attorney, effective November 2, 2026, focusing on criminal matters at the city, state, and federal levels.

He previously worked for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, focusing on housing and re-entry law. He then worked for the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office, representing clients in various capacities, from misdemeanors and cost docket appearances to felony jury trials. He worked with others in his office to secure not guilty verdicts for many clients, ensuring they had representation in all aspects of their case. He went on to work for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System (OIDS) capital trial office, representing those facing the death penalty.

Pierre Robertson is an Ohio native who moved to Tulsa in 2014. He came to Tulsa to teach fourth grade with Teach for America. After his time in the classroom, he attended the University of Tulsa College of Law. At TU, he served in various organizations such as President of the Student Bar Association, Articles Editor of the Tulsa Law Review, American Association for Justice Trial Team (AAJ), Public Interest Board Director, and competed in various Board of Advocates competitions. Upon graduation, he received the Order of the Barristers and the Chandler Award, awarded to the graduating student who by his very personality inspires other students to achieve.

He received the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in August 2021 and the President’s Award in May 2022 (both from Tulsa County Bar Association). He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Streetlaw Committee of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Tulsa County Delegate of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a board member of the First Step Male Diversion Program, and a board member of the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Board. He received the Outstanding Young Attorney award from the TU Law SBA in 2023 and the Amos T. Hall award in 2023 for his community service. Additionally, he received the Outstanding Junior Alumnus from TU Law in 2025.
